Amref Health Africa invites Amref Health Africa invites proposals from eligible candidates for the proposed design, refurbishment and equipping of Biosafety Level 3 (BSL-3) laboratories and design and refurbishment of the BSL2 laboratories at the National Public Health Laboratory (NPHL) Block B for the Division of TB and Other Lung Diseases, Ministry of Health.

Only electronic bidding is permitted. Interested candidates should submit their proposals and supporting documentation through the secured email: EOI.BSL3Refurbishment@amref.org so as to be received on or before Tuesday, 4th March 2025 at 12 Noon EAT, 9 AM GMT (UK), and 10 AM CET.

Interested eligible bidders are also invited to a pre-bid conference on Thursday 13^th  February 2025 at 1 PM EAT, 10 AM GMT (UK), and 11 AM CET. Bidder’s representatives who would like to attend the Pre­bid Conference can register in advance using the link provided on the Amref website.

After registering, you will receive an email with information regarding the meeting.

Submissions that are received by Amref Health Africa after the deadline, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for review.
