The COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF GARISSA invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED DRILLING AND CASING OF DARUSALAAM VILLAGE BOREHOLE AT SHANT ABAK (BARAKI WARD) SUB-COUNTY GARISSA COUNTY
Tendering will be conducted under Open National competitive method (Reserved for Women) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to NCA Water Works Class 7 and above.
Qualified and interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours (8.00AM- 1.00PM and 2.00PM – 5.00PM local time at the address given below.
A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded by interested bidders FREE OF CHARGE from the Website(s) www.garissacounty.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal https://tenders.go.ke/tenders .
Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.garissacounty.go.ke .
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to the director procurement office, P.O. Box 563 – 70100, Garissa, Kenya to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening of tenders.
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 29th April 2025 Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
There shall be no Pre-tender site visit.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
