TENDER NOTICE 

Katine Technical Training Institute invites interested eligible bidders to apply for the tender as shown below,

 PROPOSED ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING WORKSHOP AT KATINE TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTITUTE (PHASE 1) 2% of Tender sum Open

Interested bidders can download detailed tender document from the institute’s website www.katinetti.ac.ke and submit the same free of charge to the institute between 8.00 A.M and 4.00 P.M during official working days and be attached in the bid document.

Qualification for tendering (Mandatory]; The following documents are mandatory:

  1.             Copy of certificate of incorporation/registration
  2.             Copy of CR12

      iii.            Copy of valid business permit

  1.             KRA PIN certificate
  2.             Valid tax compliance certificate
  3.             Bid security equivalent to 2% of tender sum

   vii.            Current valid NCA 5 and above certificate

  viii.            Audited accounts for the last three years [2020:2019:2018]

  1.             Duly filled form of tender
  2.             A copy of pre-tender site visit certificate Pre-tender site visit

There shall be mandatory site visit on 9th July, 2021 at 10:00 A.M.

The criteria of evaluation of bids

The criteria shall include: Experience in similar works, qualification of key personnel, schedule of major plant and equipment, financial capability scored in the ratio of 0.3,0.2,0.3 and 0.2 respectively. Additional requirements will be as described in the tender document.

Completed tender document enclosed in separate plain sealed envelopes and clearly marked with the respective tender number and tender name should be addressed to:

And be deposited in the tender box situated at Katine Technical Training institute administration block on or before 21st July, 2021 at 11.00 A.M. Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will not be accepted.
