Bushiangala Technical Training Institute invites sealed bids from legible contractors to tender for the provision of the following works: –

Interested eligible candidates must download the tender documents from our website: www.bushiangalatechnical.ac.ke . prices quoted in Kenyan Shillings should be net and inclusive of taxes and any other relevant cost. Interested bidders should note that only those meeting the mandatory criteria below with supporting documents at submission of bids will qualify for further evaluation.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS.
- Certified copy of certificate of registration/ incorporation.
- Submission of tender security 2% of the quoted sum in bank / insurance company guarantee.
- Current copy of registration certificate from National Construction Authority (NCA 4 and above].
- Certified copies of tax compliance certificate.
- Mandatory pre-tender site visit – 5th January, 2022.
- Certified copy of CR12 form.
- Litigation history both court and arbitration.
- Business permit.
- Completed signed and stamped Confidential Business Questionnaire.
- Completed, signed and stamped Form of Tender.
Filled in and sealed Tender Documents in plain envelope clearly marked Tender “BUSTTI/DOMITO- RY/12/2021/22, Proposed Erection and Completion of Dormitory Block” must be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Administration block on or before 12th January, 2022 at 12.00 pm and addressed to:

The tenders will be opened on 12th January 2022, at 12.00 pm at the Institute’s Library in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall be rejected. The Institute reserves the right to reject any tender without giving reasons for rejection and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
