DEPARTMENT OF LANDS, URBAN, PHYSICAL PLANNING,HOUSING AND MUNICIPALITIES

The County Government of Bungoma through the Department of Lands, Urban, Physical Planning, Housing And Municipalities and Urban Areas invites tenders from eligible contractors to bid for the following:

Complete set of the tender document containing detailed information may be obtained by downloading from the County Government of Bungoma website www.bungoma.go.ke , the IFMIS tender portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke/  or PPIP portal: www.tenders.go.ke  portal Complete tender document must be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be received on or before the date and time indicated in the IFMIS, Thursday 28^th  September, 2023 at 11:00a.m. Opening of tenders/bids will take place immediately thereafter at Kimilili Municipal Hall in the presence of tenderers/ representatives who may wish to attend.

Interested bidders to assemble at the Kimilili Municipal Hall on Monday 25^th September, 2023at 10.00am for Pre- bid/Tender briefing. Site Visit is mandatory to those who wish to bid for these tenders and will be issued with Site Visit Certificate.

MANUAL SUBMISSIONS will not be accepted. All tenders must be submitted through the IFMIS platform.
