THE KITALE NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC TENDER AUGUST 2023 

The Kitale National Polytechnic hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to apply for the following tender:

Details of the Requirements and Specifications and are indicated in the tender documents. The complete set of tender documents are available in the Polytechnic’s website i.e. www.kitalenationalpolytechnic.ac.ke   and at the Public Procurement Information Portal at www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.

Tenderers who shall have downloaded tenders from the website are advised to forward their particulars immediately for recording and further clarification and addenda to Principal’s Office through the official mail kitalenationalpolvtechniciagmail.com for the purposes of updating tender register accordingly.

Duly completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope with TENDER NO and TITLE OF THE TENDER clearly indicated on the envelope shall be addressed to:

And SHALL be deposited in the Tender Box located at the ADMINISTRATION BLOCK within the Polytechnic so as to reach on or before 29^th  August 2023 at 12:00 noon.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the Administration Block Board Room or any other place that shall be designated for that purpose. Late tenders shall be rejected.
