Interested eligible candidates may download a complete set of tender document with the evaluation, criteria from the IFMIS tender portal www.supplier.trensury.go.ke using the unique IFMIS Negotiation Number indicated in the tender advert.

Complete tender documents must be submitted through the Government of Kenya (G.O.K) IFMIS Supplier Portal – www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the stated requirements indicated in the tender document so as to be received on or before the date and time indicated in the advert and the IFMIS portal (Local Time).

The EXACT REPLICA of the uploaded complete tender documents MUST be submitted in hardcopy to be deposited in the tender box at the County Headquarters offices at the main entrance (reception area). In case of discrepancy between the submitted tender document in the IFMIS platform and the submitted hardcopy, the details of the uploaded copy SHALL PREVAIL.

Further, Prospective Bidders are advised to check and adhere to the detailed Specifications, Requirements, Terms and Conditions in the Tender Document.

Only tender bids both uploaded through the G.O.K IFMIS platform and submitted in hard copy shall be eligible for evaluation
