INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) 

PROPOSED MAINTENANCE OF COMMUNICATION MAST

The County department of Tourism and ICT invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED
MAINTENANCE OF COMMUNICATION MAST Tendering will be
conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents

4. This tender must be accompanied by a tender security of KES 000,000 in form of a bid bond from a
reputable financial institution of insurance firm.
5. Completed tenders must be submitted electronically through the Integrated Financial Management
Information System (IFMIS) e-Procurement Module; https://supplier.treasury.go.ke:8060/ so as to be
received on or before FRIDAY,15TH DECEMBER,2023 AT 10:00AM.
6. Tenders will be opened and evaluated through the ifmis application and bidders notified of the
procurement proceeding through their email automatically.
