The COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF KWALE invites sealedtenders for the PROPOSED MECHANICAL WORKS AT THE COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF KWALE -COUNTY ASSEMBLY COMPLEX from all registered companies appropriately with AGPO as detailed herein.

Bidders are advised to download the Tender document from the Institutes website: www.kwaleassembly.go.ke and PPIP Portal; www.tenders.go.ke with effect from 13TH MAY, 2022.
2. Tenderers who download the tender document may forward their particulars immediately to:
to facilitate any further clarification or addendum if any.
3. The Pre tender site visit shall be MANDATORY and bidders are advised to visit the project site on the date and time indicated above before bidding and have the certificate of bidders visit to site signed by CAK. The Contact person for this purpose will be Mr . John Kalu and bidders must assemble at 10.00Am at the assembly complex ) for onward visit to the project site.
4. Opening of the bids will take place immediately thereafter on May 27th, 2022
5. Bids not received at the submission by the closing date and time will not be accepted for opening and will be rejected and returned unopened.
6. NOTE. ALL TENDERS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED ONLINE VIA THE IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL AT supplier.treasury.go.ke
7. Bidders may obtain further information from the CLERKS Office of CAK at the address below during working hours from 9.00 to 16.00 Hours local time Monday to Friday.

8. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given above.
9. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s): www.kwaleassembly.go.ke or from PPIP Portal: www.tenders.go.ke with effect from 13TH MAY 2022. . Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. 10. The will be a MANADATORY Pre-Tender site visit on 20-5-2022 at 10.00Am at the Project site at kwale main offices –kwale complex. 11. The tender closing date shall be on 27th May 2022 @ 10.00 AM.
12. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 150 days from the date of opening of tenders.
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submit AND NOT HAND WRITTEN
14. Late tenders will be rejected.
