Local Authorities Provident Fund Board (LAPFUND) invites tenders from registered Contractors for the Proposed Mixed-Use Development in Kisumu City, Kisumu County- Tender No. LAPFUND/F1/2021-2022/2. The tender is open to all Contractors with the relevant NCA 1 registration. The bid security is Ksh. 50,000,000 and the closing date of the tender shall be on 28th December 2021
A Mandatory Pre-Bid site meeting for the above listed tender will be held on 28th December 2021 from 10.AM to 1PM at the site in Makasembo Estate, Kisumu City.
