PROPOSED PARTITIONING OF 1ST, 2ND, AND 3RD FLOORS FOR THE STATE DEPARTMENT FOR SPORTS AT THE KNLS HEADQUARTERS BUILDING – NAIROBI

MINISTRY OF SPORTS, CULTURE AND HERITAGE TENDER NOVEMBER 2021 

1)    State Department for Sports invites sealed tenders from eligible and competent contractors for PROPOSED OFFICE PARTITIONING OF 1st, 2nd AND 3rd FLOORS FOR THE STATE DEPARTMENT FOR SPORTS AT THE KENYA NATIONAL LIBRARY SERVICES (KNLS) HEADQUARTERS BUILDING – NAIROBI.

2)    Interested contractors must be registered with the NCA 4 and above and appear in the current Building Con­tractors register.

3)    A complete set of Tender Documents may be obtained by interested candidates from the Procurement Office, at State Department for Sports ROOM No. 20 11th FLOOR, UCHUMI HOUSE during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Kshs. 1,000.00. The document may also be viewed and downloaded from the website www.sportsculture.go.ke. Bidders who download the tender document will not be required to pay any fee. All payments shall be made to the Ministry Cash Office. Upon payment of the tender fee, bidders are required to obtain an official receipt from the Cash Office and immediately forward their particulars to the Procurement Office for recording and for the purposes of receiving any further tender clarification and/or addendum.

4)    Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 120 days.

5)    Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and be deposited in the tender box provided at State Department of Sports, UCHUMI HOUSE, 11th FLOOR and addressed to:

So as to be received on or before Wednesday 24^th  November, 2021.

6)    Tenders will be closed at 10.00 am and opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend the opening at the State Department of Sports.

7)    Mandatory pre-tender site visit shall be held on Tuesday 16^th  November 2021 at 10.00 am, attendance certificate will be signed by all representatives. All prospective Tenderers shall assemble at the Kenya National Library Service by 9.00 am. Tenderers who fail to attend the mandatory pre- tender meeting shall be consid­ered non-responsive.
