INVITATION TO TENDER NOTICE
The Sports, Arts and Social Development Fund (SASDF) is established under the Public Finance Management (Sports,
Arts and Social Development Fund) Regulations, 2018 with the mandate of providing financial support for the development
and promotion of sports and arts, and the promotion of social development including universal health care.
The Fund invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors to carry out the following works: –

advised to register their bids with the Procurement Office, or via email at sasdefprocurement@gmail.com
All inquires should be forwarded via email to sasdefprocurement@gmail.com. All bidders are encouraged to visit
the provided website above for any additional information that may arise.
Prices quoted should be fixed and inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 126 days
from the closing date
Site visits shall be undertaken on 9th August 2023 at 11am.
Completed Serialized Bidding Documents, (Paginated) one original and one copy in plain sealed envelope clearly
marked on top with the Tender Number and Tender

Completed Bidding Documents must be deposited in the Tender Box provided at SASDEF Headquarters, 9th Floor,
along Kenya Road to be received on or before 15th, August 2023 at 1200 Noon (East African Time).
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter on 15th, August 2023 at 1200 Noon (East African Time) in the presence
of the bidders or duly authorized representatives of Bidders who will choose to attend at SASDEF Boardroom,
9TH Floor Wing B.
Sports, Arts and Social Development Fund does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
Late tenders will be rejected
All other conditions in the invitation to tenderers remain the same.
