Any bid that does not meet the MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS shall not be subject to any further evaluation. These requirements alongside the Technical requirements are contained in the tender documents

Duly filled ORIGINAL Tender document shall be:

1. Scanned, Uploaded and submitted ONLINE to the Kenya Supplier portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke on or before the above stated dates before the closing time as indicated by the IFMIS System.
2. ONLY the Original Bid Security will be Delivered Manually to the Head of Supply Chain Office (Room 103] situated at the County Commissioner’s Building in Kapsabet, Other Documents received via Supplier Portal shall be downloaded and used for the Online Evaluation Process.

NOTE: The IFMIS System will automatically close the tender at a specific time on the closing day and submission of tenders will not be possible after this time and date.
