PROPOSED PHASED CONSTRUCTION OF MATUNGULU SUB- COUNTY OFFICES-PHASE 1

The COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF MACHAKOS invites online bids for THE PROPOSED PHASED CONSTRUCTION
OF MATUNGULU SUB-COUNTY OFFICES-PHASE 1
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
In case tender is subject to multiple contracts/lots, insert “Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more
lots”.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information from the IFMIS website.

3. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website (www.supplier.treasury.go.ke or
ifmis.treasury.go.ke or public procurement information portal) and Machakos County website www.machakos.go.ke
Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.machakos.go.ke)
www.supplier.treasury.go.ke or ifmis.treasury.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to supplychain@machakos.go.ke to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum if need be.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tender shall remain valid for (140) days
fromthe date of opening of tenders.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid bond of Ksh 200,000 (Two Hundred thousand shillings).

7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be submitted electronically through the website www.supplier.treasury.go.ke or
ifmis.treasury.go.ke on or before 22nd APRIL 2024.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
time specified later. Tenders will be opened online.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.

12. There Shall Be A Mandatory Pre-site Visit On 17th APRIL 2024 From 11am EAT at Matungulu Subcounty
offices , Talatown
