TENDER ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE
The County Government of Machakos invites interested bidders to apply for the Tender as shown below.

A complete set of Tender documents containing detailed Information can be downloaded FREE of charge from
the County website www.machakos.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke.
NOTE
1. Only Manual submissions of completed tender document shall be allowed.
2. There shall be a Mandatory pre-tender conference and site visit on 22nd December 2023, 11:00 Am EAT at the
Medsupt’s boardroom , Machakos Level 5 Hospital.
3. Two sets of the tender documents, Original and Copy (ONE) to be submitted , in separate envelopes clearly
marked Original and Copy.
The Evaluation and Qualification criteria of bids
• The criteria shall be as described in the tender documents.
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the relevant tender number and name
should be addressed to:-

And be deposited in the Tender Box at the reception, Machakos County Headquarters, Ngei Road, on or before 16th
January 2024 at 11.00 Am EAT, and the opening will take place immediately thereafter in the presence of Bidders
or their representatives who choose to attend. Late Bids will not be accepted.
