Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Supply Chain Management Office or supplychain@kericho.go.ke and inspect the tender documents from the county website.
The tender documents may be downloaded from the PPIP Portal https://www.tenders.go.ke/ OR county website www.kericho.go.ke free of charge.
Tenderers who wish to participate are required to send their detailtosupplychain@kericho.go.ke for registration in case of an addendum.
Pre-tender site visit will be held as scheduled in the tender document.
Tender bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly labeled with the tender number, tender name and be deposited in the Tender Box located at County Headquarters at the entrance, ground floor along Kisumu – Nakuru highway opposite Sinendet Towers or be addressed to:

County Government of Kericho,
P.O. BOX 112 – 20200, KERICHO.
So as to be received on or before Thursday 19th December, 2024 at 10.00 am.
Bulky or large bid documents which cannot go through the slot of the Tender Box must be delivered to Director Supply Chain Management Office, at County Headquarters 2nd floor.
Tenders will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the PSM Boardroom, 2nd Floor at County Headquarters.
Note: Online submission of Bids through IFMIS supplier portal is Mandatory.
