NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB

1. The National Agricultural and Rural Inclusive Growth Project (NARIGP), Nakuru County, now invites sealed Bids from eligible bidders REHABILITATION OF WANYORORO DAM FOR CRATER STREAM IN BAHATI SUB COUNTY.
2. Interested National eligible bidders shall download the tender document from Nakuru County Government website: www.nakuru.go.ke  or government portal: http://tenders.go.ke, FREE OF CHARGE, and MUST forward their particulars immediately for recording and further clarification and addenda to narig.nakuru@gmail.com  .
3. All pages of the tender document submitted must be properly SERIALIZED. During the opening of the tenders the number of pages received for each tender shall be recorded.
4. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with fender name and reference number and deposited in the Tender Box at THE REGIONAL COORDINATORS COMPLEX RIFT VALLEY REGION BLOCK C, 3rd FLOOR and addressed to: THE COUNTY SECRETARY, COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF NAKURU, P.O BOX 2870-20100 NAKURU on or before 18^th June, 2021 at 10.00AM. Electronic Bidding WILL NOT be permitted.
5. Site visit to the Proposed Rehabilitation of Wanyororo Dam for crater stream will be MANDATORY. COVID-19 protocols will be strictly adhered to.
6. Bids will be publicly opened immediately at 10.00AM, 18th June, 2021 in the presence of the bidders or designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend. LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED. Electronic bids SHALL NOT be accepted
7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Shillings Five Hundred Thousand Only (Kshs. 500,000.00).The bid security must be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the tender.
