TENDER NOTICE.
NG-CDF KANDUYI CONSTITUENCY through NALUTIRI S.A PRIMARY SCHOOL invites tenders from eligible
bidders for the following works being funded by NGCDF.
NG-CDF/KANDUYI/002/2024-2025

PROPOSED RENOVATION AND COMPLETION WORKS OF 3NO.CLASSROOMS AT NALUTIRI S.A PRIMARY SCHOOL IN BUNGOMA COUNTY.
SITE VISIT
Interested Contractors are advised to visit the sites to
familiarize themselves with the proposed works.
ELIGIBILITY
Interested bidders are required to meet the
following mandatory conditions: –
1) Provide certified Copies of CR 12 from the Registrar of
Companies and IDs for directors. (should be within
(6) months).
2) Provide a certified copy of the Certificate of
Registration/ Incorporation
3) Provide a certified Copy of a Valid and Current
Compliance Certificate From KRA. attach TCC checker
from KRA Website.
4) Provide a certified Copy of a Valid PIN registration
Certificate From KRA.
5) Current Valid National Construction Authority NCA 8
and ABOVE (Both registration certificate and
contractors annual practicing license)- Builders works.
6) Tender form duly Completed, Signed and
Stamped by the Tenderer in the format
provided.
7) Duly filled Certificate of Independent Tender
Determination.
8) Duly filled Form SD1 Self-declaration confirming
that the person/tenderer is not debarred in the matter
of the Public Procurement.
9) Duly filled Form SD2 Self Declaration confirming
that the person/tenderer will not engage in any
corrupt or fraudulent practice.
10) Duly filled signed and stamped Tenderer’s Eligibility –
Confidential Business Questionnaire.
11) Duly completed and signed self-declaration that the
person/ Tenderer is not debarred in the matter of the
PPADA 2015.
12) Duly completed and signed self-declaration that the
person/ Tenderer will not engage in any
corrupt/fraudulent practice.
13) Duly completed and signed declaration and
commitment to the code of ethics.
14) Submit an original tender security of Kshs.60,000 in
the form of a bank/insurance guarantee from
either a commercial bank recognized by the Central
Bank of Kenya operating in Kenya or insurance
companies approved by the Insurance Regulatory
Authority and listed by PPRA valid for 154 days
from the date of tender opening. (Note: No selfguarantee).
15) Tender document which MUST be paginated
sequentially on all pages including all attachments.

Duly completed documents in plain sealed envelopes,
clearly marked with the Tender no. item, and should
be deposited at the Tender Box located at THE

Tenders are to be received on or before Monday 5
