2) Copy of valid annual practicing licence with the nca 5 above
3) Copy of valid tax compliance certificate
4) Bidders shall provide valid original copy of 2% of the tender sum bid bond
5) Copy of recent cr 12 form (issued within the last six 6 months ]
6) Bidders shall sequentially serialise all pages of each tender submitted
