Mumbuni Boys’ School invites sealed tenders for the following

Bidders must have the following MANDATORY requirements
- i)Provide certified copies of certificate of incorporation in the name of the company.
- ii)Attach valid NCA certificate of registration class 7 and above with valid annual practicing license.
iii) Provide copies of KRA PIN, VAT certificate and valid Tax compliance certificate.
- iv)Attach copy of CR12/Company act and detailed company profile showing names and details of directors
- v)Valid Business permit.
- vi)Details and evidence of experience in the works of a similar nature and magnitude for the last three years with copies of practical completion certificates.
vii) Form of tender and confidential business questionnaire must be fully filled by authorized person.
viii) Provide proof of ownership of major items of construction equipment co carry out the proposed works.
- ix)Provide evidence of adequacy of working capital for the proposed works (access to credit availability]
- x)Provide evidence of qualifications and experience of key site management and technical personnel and an undertaking that they shall be available for the proposed works
- xi)Serialization of the document.
Complete set of detailed tender documents that include mandatory preliminary requirements, technical and financial evaluation criteria may be obtained physically at the school accounts office during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00.
Complete tender documents must be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the reference tender number and tender name addressed to:-

To be dropped in the tender box at the entrance of Mumbuni Boys’ School administration offices, on or before 07/05/2025 at 10.00 am .Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the school Boardroom in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. Price quoted must be inclusive of all taxes and should remain valid for 180 days from the date of the tender.
