MINISTRY OF SPORTS, CULTURE AND HERITAGE TENDER 2021 

PROPOSED REPLACEMENT OF AN OLD WORN OUT LIFT AT THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES

Tenders are invited from all eligible contractors to carry out the following works:-

Interested Contractors who are registered in relevant trades and categories, (proof of registration required) may obtain Tender Documents from Uchumi House 3rd floor, Supply Chain Management office during normal working hours in person, or download from Public Procurement Information Portal. The non-refundable fee is to be paid in cash upon collection at the Cash Office before 4.00pm on normal working days or in banker’s cheque payable to the Principal Secretary, Ministry of Sports Culture and Heritage State Department for Culture and Heritage, Nairobi, P.O Box 49849 -00100 NAIROBI.

Interested bidders should note that only those meeting the criteria contained in the tender document as a minimum, supported by relevant documents at submission will be considered for evaluation.

Tenders in plain sealed envelopes, marked tender number and tender name on the right hand side corner and bearing no indication of the tenderer should be addressed to :-

and placed in the Tender Box by 3^rd March, 2021at 10.00am.

Submitted bids will be opened publicly at Uchumi House 3rd floor in the Library boardroom soon after the above stated closing date and time, in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be returned unopened.

Prices quoted must remain valid for One Hundred and Sixty (160) days from the opening date of the tender. The client reserves the right to reject any tender and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
