Proposed Solar Powered Street Lighting for County Government of Nyamira – Nyamira Municipality

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF NYAMIRA TENDER NOVEMBER 2021 

The County Government of Nyamira through Nyamira Municipality has received financing from the World Bank through Kenya Urban Support Program (KUSP) to Implement infrastructural projects through the Nyamira Municipality. The County therefore, intends to use part of the financing to Construct a Fire Station for Nyamira County Government as indicated below.

Interested and eligible bidders are invited to bid for various tenders as detailed below. A complete set of tender documents containing detailed information on the tenders may be inspected and downloaded free of charge by interested bidders from the County Government of Nyamira website: www.nyamira.go.ke, Public Procurement Information Portal: www.tenders.go.ke and IFMIS Supplier Portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke  using unique IFMIS Negotiation numbers shown below.

Complete tender documents will only be submitted through the IFMIS Supplier portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the tender document so as to be received on or before Monday 15^th November 202110:30 am East Africa time.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Old SCCB Hall, Ground Floor, County Government of Nyamira Headquarters.

Bidders who may experience challenges accessing and uploading their tenders on the IFMIS tender portal should contact the IFMIS help desk using Telephone numbers 080071477 or 020480180 at the National Treasury. Bidders are notified that tender documents submitted manually shall not be accepted. All tenders must be submitted through IFMIS platform.

Mandatory pre-tender site visits will be held on Monday 8^th November 2021 at 9.00 am starting from the Office of the Manager Municipality. Tenderers are advised to make their own Transport arrangement to and from the sites

Bidders are advised to visit the County Government of Nyamira website www.nyamira.go.ke  from time to time before deadline for submission offender documents in case of issuance of addendum/s and any relevant communication about the tenders as and when it may be deemed necessary. Price quoted shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes and valid for One hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after tender opening.
