NG-CDF Marakwet West Constituency and project management committee of Kaptabuk Mixed Day Secondary School invites interested and eligible companies for the supply and delivery of the below tender:

Tenders who meet the criteria below supported by relevant documentary evidence may be considered

1)      A certified copy of certificate of registration / incorporation

2)      A certified copy of the company CR12

3)      A certified copy of a valid KRA pin registration certificate

4)      A certified copy of a valid tax compliance for the firm

5)       A certified copy of last year audited Accounts

6)      A dully filled signed and stamped tender documents

7)      Verifiable evidence of similar supply done for the last three years

8)      Sworn affidavit confirming no litigation history

9)      Documents must be properly serialized.

A tender document with detailed specifications can be obtained from NG-CDF Marakwet West Office-Kapsowar during normal working hours upon-payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1000. Complete tender documents must be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope clearly with tender name and number and be deposited in the tender box situated at NG-CDF Marakwet West Offices – Kapsowar addressed to:
