PROPOSED SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BOREHOLES DRILLING CONSUMABLES AND TOOLS FOR UTILIZATION IN THE COUNTY

County Government of Laikipia invites sealed tenders for the Proposed Supply And Delivery Of Boreholes
Drilling Consumables And Tools For Utilization In The County during 2024/2025 Financial Year.
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open for YOUTH .
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours [09:00 am to 05:00 pm] at the address given below. Ag. Head of Supply Chain Management,

3. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenders free of Charge at the address
given above. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Websites (www.laikipia.go.ke and/or
www.tenders.go.ke ). Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.laikipia.go.ke.and/or
www.tenders.go.ke.) Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to (Josephine.njoki@laikipia.go.ke , 0723-871-712 and P.o Box 131-20321 Rumuruti, Kenya) to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of KSHs 300,000.00 valid for 180 days.
6. Completed tenders must be submitted through the IFMIS NEGOTIATION NUMBER on or before 19TH
December, 2024 1200HRS.
7. Only Electronic Tenders will be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line
date and time specified later. Tenders will be opened through the IFMIS.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
