TINDIRET TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL COLLEGE TENDER SEPTEMBER 2024 

INVITATION TO TENDER
1.0: TENDER NOTICE
Tindiret Technical & Vocational College invites interested eligible and qualified bidders from reputable
companies to participate in the tender below;

Bidders MUST meet the following MANDATORY minimum requirements;
1. A certified copy of certificate of registration /incorporation.
2. A certified copy of the company CR12 and copies of ID of the directors.
3. A certified copy of a valid KRA PIN registration certificate.
4. A certified copy of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate for the firm.
5. Certified copy of last year’s audited books of accounts.
6. A duly filled, signed and stamped tender documents.
7. Verifiable Evidence of similar supply done for the last 3 years including colour
pictures and copies of contracts.
8. A sworn affidavit confirming no litigation history.
9. Document must be properly serialized.
1. Tender documents with detailed specifications may be obtained from the procurement office upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 during normal working hours from (8:00am-5:00am) Monday to Friday or download from
college website at www.ttvc.ac.ke/downloads or from Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke.
Tenderers who download the tender documents are advised to register with the Procurement Office, or via
procurement@ttvc.ac.ke. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all government taxes and remain valid for 120 days from
the date of tender opening. The College is situated near Songhor Township 4Km off Kopere-Meteitei road
2. Completed serialized tender documents, (Paginated) one original and one copy in plain sealed envelope clearly
marked on top with Tender Number and Tender Name or Description, should be addressed to:

3. Completed tender documents must be deposited in the Tender Box provided at Tindiret Technical & Vocational
College Administration Block, to be received on or before Tuesday 1st October, 2024 at 12:00 Noon (East African
Time). Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives
of bidders who will choose to attend at the college boardroom.
4. Tindiret Technical & Vocation College reserves the right to reject any tender giving reasons for the rejection and
does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender
5. Late tenders will be rejected
6. All other conditions remain the same as per the invitation to tenders
