Interested bidders may access the Tender documents detailing the requirements free of charge from Nyandarua County website: www.nyandarua.go.ke or from IFMIS Portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke  from Friday 9th February, 2024. All tenders MUST be submitted through the IFMIS platform.

Prices quoted should include all taxes and must be expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall re­main valid for a period of 126 days from the date of tender opening.

There shall be a pre-bid briefing at site specified in the bid document.

The duly completed bids should be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with “Tender Number and Tender Name” Should be addressed to:

and be deposited in the Tender Box at the entrance of Nyandarua County Ardhi House next to the County Headquarters so as to be received on or before Friday, 23/02/2024 at 10:00am.

Opening of the bids will take place immediately thereafter, at the boardroom in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who may choose to attend.
