PROPOSED UPGRADE OF KYUSYANI MARKET ROADS TO BITUMEN STANDARDS

The County Ministry of lands housing and urban development invites sealed tenders for the construction of
PROPOSED UPGRADE OF KYUSYANI MARKET ROADS TO BITUMEN STANDARDS. Tendering will be
conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all
qualified and interested Tenderers.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours Monday- Friday, 09:00Am to 1700 Pm at the address given below.
2. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenders at Kitui County Website:
www.kitui.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) through: www.tenders.go.ke Free of
Charge.
3. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kitui.go.ke. Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@kitui.go.ke to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
4. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain

www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be
received on or before Thursday, 2nd January 2025 at 12.00 Noon.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
