Tender documents with detailed information may be viewed and downloaded by interested bidders for free from the website www.mygov.go.ke from 4th May,2021 up to the closing date of the tenders. Interested bidders should note that only those who meet the criteria indicated below as mandatory requirements supported by copies of requisite documents will be considered for further evaluation.
- Provide Certificate of incorporation /Registration
- Provide valid National Construction Authority (NCA) Certificate & Practicing license category NCA 7 and above
- Provide PIN/VAT registration certificate.
- Provide Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- Provide a bid bond of 2% of Tender amount which must remain valid for (120) days from tender opening date from a reputable bank or PPRA accredited insurance company
- Provide Dully filled form of Tender (Properly filled, signed and stamped)
- Valid CR12 form from registrar of Companies
- Provide Valid Business Permit (County License/Permit)
Tenderers shall submit One Original and One Copy, completed tender Documents in Plain Sealed envelopes with the tender number clearly marked on the right-hand side corner and bearing no indication of the tenderer’s name and addressed to: –

and placed in the Tender Box at the entrance of the County Commissioner’s Office so as to reach the above address not later than 19th May, 2021 at 10.00 am
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the County Commissioner’s Boardroom at Marsabit County in the presence of interested tenderers or their representatives who may wish to attend. Late bids will be returned unopened.
