PROPOSED WASTE & SOIL WATER DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT WORKS AT ST. FAUSTINA KERUGOYA GIRLS’ HIGH SCHOOL 2024

ST. FAUSTINA KERUGOYA GIRLS’ HIGH SCHOOL TENDER APRIL 2024 

The B.O.M of St. Faustina Kerugoya Girls’ High School, Kirinyaga Central Sub-county, Kirinyaga County wishes to invite sealed bids from interested, eligible and competent tenderers for the following tender.

Interested bidders may obtain a set of bidding documents with detailed specifications and conditions from  St. Faustina Kerugoya Giris’ High School, P.O. Box 8 – 10300,Kerugoya upon payment of non-refundable fee of KShs. 1,000 (Kenya Shillings One Thousand Only).

Only bidders who meet the following mandatory requirements will be considered for further evaluation.

1. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation/Registration.
2. Attach Form CR12
3. Valid Tax Compliance
4. Valid and Relevant NCA Certificates and Licences as Categorized above.
5. Provide a bid bond of 2% of the Tender Sum in form of a guarantee from reputable bank or Insurance Company approved by PPRA, located in Kenya, and valid for 150 days from the closing date of the tender.
6. Duly filled, signed and Stamped Forms of Tender, Tender Questionnaire, Confidential Business
   Questionnaire and Power of Attorney
7. Proof of previous experience in undertaking works of similar magnitude and complicity successfully in the last five (5) years.
8. Proof of technical qualifications and capacities to undertake the works successful liy.
9. Provide Copies of Audited Financial Accounts for three (3) previous years dully endorsed, signed and stamped by a registered external auditor.
10. Other Mandatory requirements as detailed in respective tender document
11. Copy of receipts issued after purchase of soft copy of tender document.

A pre tender site visit will be conducted on Friday 26^th April 2024 at 10.00AM.

Completed tender documents (7 Original copy of the bid document and [Copy] in plain sealed envelopes and clearly marked Tender No. KGHS/26/2023/2024 should be addressed to,

And dropped in the tender box situated at the entrance of the St. Faustina Kerugoya Girls’ High School Administration Block, Kirinyaga County on or before Friday 3rd May 2024 at 11.00Am.

Submitted tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the School’s Library.
