The Lamaek Secondary School in Uasin Gishu County invites tenders from interested eligible bidders for the following works:

Instructions to tenderers, conditions of contract, technical specifications and all requirements are clearly indicated in below and in the tender document.

  • CR12
  • Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
  • Bid bond 2% of tender sum
  • Evidence of line of credit
  • Litigation History
  • Audited Accounts of the last Three Years
  • Dully Filled business & Tender Questionnaire
  • Dully Filled Form of Tender
  • Completed project and on-going projects

Interested eligible bidders may obtain complete set of tender documents from LAMAEK SECONDARY SCHOOL. During office hours from 08.00am to 5.00pm local time on Mondays to Friday. Bid documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 (OneThousand).

Complete set of bid documents in plain sealed envelope clearly marked the contract No. contract description without the name & address of the bidder, shall be returned to the address below, and deposited in the tender box located at the reception of LAMAEK SECONDARY SCHOOL office on or before 13TH  June, 2024 at 10.00am. Tender documents shall be opened immediately thereafter at the office boardroom in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend.
