KISII COUNTY GOVERNMENT (KCG) TENDER SEPTEMBER 2023 

INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
KISII COUNTY GOVERNMENT (KCG) now invites eligible vendors to indicate their interest in
providing below services. Interested vendors must provide information indicating that they are
qualified to perform the services, core business description, description of similar assignments,
experience in similar assignments and availability of appropriate skills among its workforce etc

PROVISION, CUSTOMIZATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS
(HMIS).

NEGOTIATION NO.1352956 

The shortlisting criteria on required qualification and experience of the vendor are: –
i. Conformance with various statutory requirements
ii. Availability of team (personnel) to carry out the assignment including technical and
managerial capability
iii. Recommendations from major clients
iv. Assignments of similar nature and magnitude carried out within the last five (5) years
Shortlisted vendors will be invited to submit their Request for Proposal. Vendors will be
selected in accordance with Quality and Cost Based Selection method procedures as set out in
the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015.
Interested vendors are required to submit their interest through Integrated Financial Management
Information System (IFMIS) Suppliers Portal (https://supplier.treasury.go.ke) using the
Negotiation Number: 1352956. All instructions including any relevant documents will be
attached to this negotiation number. Any further clarification or addendum will also be
communicated specially on the said negotiation number.
Expression of interest must be responded to by 5th September 2023. Completed Expression of
Interest (EOI) documents must be submitted through IFMIS supplier portal. The EOI document
will be opened on the same day in the presence of vendor’s representatives who choose to attend
at the Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital (KTRH), Conference Hall.
