TENDER NOTICE 

The Capital Markets Authority invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for provision of the services

indicated below;

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of

One thousand Kenya Shillings (KSHs. 1,000) in cash or bankers cheque payable to Capital Markets Authority or downloaded free of charge from the Authority’s websites; www.cma.or.ke/tenders or https://www.tenders.go.ke.

Interested bidders who download the documents from any of the websites must forward their particulars immediately to:

supplychain@cma.or.ke for registration and for tender clarification purposes.

Further information can be obtained at the CMA Supply Chain Office; 5^th Floor, Embankment Plaza, Longonot Road,

Upperhill, Nairobi during office hours, Monday to Friday from 0900 hours to 1600 hours local time excluding public holi- days.

Completed Tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender description and

number, and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at The Capital Markets Authority Offices, 3^rd Floor, Embankment Plaza, Longonot Road, Upperhill, Nairobi and addressed to:

So as to be received on or before Tuesday 7^th June 2022 at 1100hrs local time. 

Opening of the proposals will take place immediately thereafter at the CMA Offices, 4^th Floor, Conference Room, Embankment Plaza along Longonot Road, Nairobi in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend.

Late bids shall be rejected.

Any canvassing or giving of false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
