- Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method and is open to all eligible and interested underwriters.
- Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office working hours, Monday to Friday between 0800hrsto 1700 hrs except for public holidays and weekends at Kajiado County Assembly – County Headquarter off Namanga Road P.O. Box94-01100, Kajiado or Kajiado County Assembly-procurement office mobile no: +254711118826
- Tender documents are accessible to be viewed and downloaded for free from the KCA website www.kajiadoassembly.go.ke, The National Treasury portalsuppliers@treasury.go.ke or PPIP portal: www.tenders.go.ke.
- All Tenders must be accompanied by an Original tender security [Bid bond] of 2% in form of a Demand Bank guarantee from a bank recognized by the Central Bank of Kenya and operating in Kenya, valid for [120 days].
- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- The Tenderer MUST submit the tender document both in SOFT copy through the IFMIS Supplier Portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke and HARD copy [original and copy]. The tender documents submitted in hard copy [original and copy] will be registered at the procurement office and deposited in the tender box provided at the Kajiado County Assembly, County Headquarters on or before Monday 13th December, 2021 12:00noon during the official working hours from 0800hrs to 1700hrs
- Completed tenders are to enclosed in plain sealed envelope, marked with the tender number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box at the reception area, Kajiado County Assembly – County Headquarter, or be addressed to;

So as to be received on or before Monday 13th December, 202112:00 noon. Tenders that do not fit in the tender box shall be deposited at the Procurement Office. Late tenders will be rejected.
- Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
