Provision for Medical Insurance Cover for members of Nyandarua County Assembly (MCAs)

NYANDARUA COUNTY ASSEMBLY TENDER 2020 

Nyandarua County Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified bidders for Provision for Medical, GPA and Group Life Assurance (GLA) Insurance Coves for Members of Nyandarua County Assembly (MCAs) as indicated below:

Interested bidders can download Tender documents at http://assembly.nyandarua.go.ke or at Public Procurement Information Portal https://tenders.go.ke free of charge.

Interested and eligible bidders MUST submit their scanned bids documents through G.O.K IFMIS Suppliers Portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke and drop a hard copy tender document as specified below.

Bidders must provide a Bid Bond in form of Bank Guarantee from a reputable bank or an Insurance Company approved by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA)

Self-guaranteed tender security will not be allowed.

Further, Prospective bidders are advised to check the detailed specifications, requirements terms and conditions in the tender document

Completed Tender documents are to be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope marked with Tender name and reference number and deposited in the Tender box situated at the reception of Nyandarua County Assembly located in former Ol Kalou Town Council opposite Ol Kalou Police Station or be addressed to: –

So as to be received on or before Friday, 18th September, 2020 at 11.00 a.m. (Local Time).

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the procurement office in the presence of tenderers’ or their representatives who choose to attend the opening.

NOTE: Late Tenders shall not be accepted.
