PROVISION OF A BULK SMS AND SMS SHORTCODE GATEWAY SERVICE FOR KASNEB

KASNEB invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for Provision of a Bulk SMS And SMS
Short code Gateway Service for Kasneb.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect
the Tender Documents during office hours 9.00 A.M to 3:00P.M. during the
working days Monday to Friday from the date of advert at the address given
below:

2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using
the attached standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all
qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be viewed and downloaded free of
charge from the KASNEB website www.kasneb.or.ke, and PPIP (Public
Procurement Information Portal) www.tenders.go.ke
4. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately
facilitate any further clarification or addendum to:

5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Shillings two
hundred and forty thousand (Ksh.240,000) in the form of a Bank guarantee
from a reputable bank valid for 120 Days from date of tender closure.
6. The duly completed proposals shall thereafter be deposited in the Tender Box
placed next to Supply Chain Management Office of KASNEB Towers on or
before the closing date and time on Monday 29 April 2024 at 11.00 a.m.
7. The tenders will be opened immediately after the closing date and time on
Monday, 29 April 2024 at 11.00 a.m.
8. Late submissions will not be accepted.

deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
6. Late tenders will be rejected.
