INVITATION TO TENDER
OFFICE OF THE CHIEF REGISTRAR OF THE JUDICIAR

PROCURING ENTITY: 
PROVISION OF AIR TICKETING SERVICES UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT 
TENDER NO.: KJA/ONT/01/2024-2025
4. Kenya Judiciary Academy invites sealed tenders for the provision of air ticketing services under
framework contract for a maximum period of three (3) years renewable annually subject to satisfactory
performance.
5. Tendering will be conducted under open tender using a standardized tender document
and is open to all eligible IATA registered air travel and ticketing service providers.
Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots.
6. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain the Tender Documents from the Judiciary’s
website: www.judiciary.go.ke or from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website;
www.tenders.go.ke or from Kenya Judiciary Academy website: info@kja.go.ke .
Pre- bid conference to be held on 5th August, 2024 at 10.00 a.m at the Kenya Judiciary Academy,
Karen, KCB Leadership Center, along KEPHIS road, off Ngong road, next to KEPHIS Headquarters. All
eligible and interested bidders are encouraged to attend.
7. All clarifications and addenda will be posted on the Judiciary, Public Procurement Information Portal
(PPIP) and Kenya Judiciary Academy websites. Any request for clarification must be made in writing
at least five (5) days to the closing of the tender. Late tenders shall be rejected.
8. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya
Shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing/opening date of the tender.
Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kenya Shillings three hundred thousand only
(Kshs 300,000.00) valid for 150 days from tender opening date in the form of guarantee from a
reputable bank or institution approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority payable and
addressed to the Secretary Judicial Service Commission
9. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked KJA/
ONT/01/2024-2025: Provision of air ticketing services under a framework contract and be deposited
in the Tender Box provided at Kenya Judiciary Academy Ground floor and be addressed to the:

Electronic Tenders shall not be permitted.
10. Tenders to be received on or before 12th August,2024 at 12.00 pm and will be opened immediately
thereafter in presence of tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the Kenya Judiciary
Academy, Karen, KCB Leadership Center, along KEPHIS road, off Ngong road, next to KEPHIS
