PROVISION OF AIRFIELD GROUND HANDLING SERVICES IN KENYA

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS
The United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent and qualified vendors for the Provision of Airfield Ground Handling Services to UNSOS in Kenya.
The required services include:
Airfield Ground Handling Services, including provision of all related equipment required for Passenger and Cargo / Baggage processing / handling and Aircraft Ground Support.
Location:
The locations for the specified services is Nairobi at Jomo Kenyata International Airport (JKIA), Mombasa at Moi International Airport and Wajir International Airport, in Kenya.
Contract Approach:
UNSOS anticipate to established resulting Contract for an initial period of three (3) years with UNSOS sole option to extend the contract by two (2) additional one-year periods. Services should commence on or about 09 August 2025.
The detailed scope of requirements will be provided at the solicitation stage which is planned to be issued during the first quarter of 2025.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY)
All services shall strictly conform to the IATA’s Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) and IATA Ground Operations Manual (IGOM) Standards at a minimum.
