INVITATION TO TENDER

PROVISION OF AIRTICKETING SERVICES

1. The Kerio Valley Development Authority invites sealed tenders for Provision of Air ticketing Services for a
period of one year renewable based on satisfactory performance.
2. Tendering will be conducted under the National competitive tendering method using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to qualified eligible cleaning firms in Kenya registered under AGPO group.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours as from 0900 to 1600 hours. at the address given below. More details on the Services
are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the Tender
Document
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment
of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 payable per set of document from Supplies and Procurement
Department KVDA Plaza 13th floor Eldoret during office hours as from 0900 to 1600 hours
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded free of charge from our website www.kvda.go.ke; or
PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a duly filled and signed tender securing declaration form. This shall
be in the form provided in the tender document.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted in the sequence
of 1, 2, 3.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:30am, Tuesday 25
th July, 2023
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
