INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF AIRTICKETING SERVICES TO COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF KISUMU

The County Assembly of Kisumu invites eligible candidates for Provision of Ticketing Services to
County Assembly of Kisumu. Tender Reference No. CAK/OT/FA/AT/2024– 2025/01/02 and
through using IFMIS Negotiation No. 1673859
.
Tendering will be conducted under Open National tender using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours at Supply Chain Management Office, at County Assembly Offices
during normal office working hours – 8.00am – 5.00pm except on weekends and public
Holidays.
Interested eligible candidates may download a complete set of tender documents
electronically from the Assembly’s website: www.kisumuassembly.go.ke or IFMIS Supplier
Portal: http://supplier.treasury.go.ke Or Public Procurement Information Portal:
www.tenders.go.ke. using the unique IFMIS Negotiation Number 1703849
Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tender documents maybe
viewed and downloaded for free from the website: www.kisumuassembly.go.ke . Tenderers who
download the tender documents must forward their particulars immediately to
kisumuassembly@gmail.com and postal address; County Assembly of Kisumu P.O. Box 86 –
40100 Kisumu to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain
valid for (126) days from the date of opening of tenders.
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. In
addition bidders must submit the document in the right format. The tender document shall be
paginated / serial numbered in a continuous ascending order from the first page to the last in
this format; (i.e. 1, 2, 3…….. n where n is the last page).
Completed tender documents to be submitted manually (hard copy) or electronically so as to
be received on or before Wednesday, 22nd January 2025 at 10.00am. Only Original Tender
document shall be submitted. No additional copy shall be required.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above at the
County Assembly Offices. Bidders or their representative may attend the opening.
Late tenders will be rejected.
