PROVISION OF ASSET VALUATION AND TAGGING SERVICES – JNTI

JEREMIAH NYAGAH TECHNICAL INSTITUTE TENDER 2021 

Jeremiah Nyagah Technical Institute invites applications from interested and competent firms for below:

1.1               Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents at Jeremiah Nyagah Technical Institute Procurement Office during official working hours.

1.2               A complete tender document may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KES. 1000/= per document.

1.3               Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for period of (120) days from the closing date of the tender.

Interested bidders should note that only those meeting the criteria indicated below, supported by the relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation:

1. Tax Compliance Certificate/Tax Exemption Certificate (attach copy)
2. Certificate of registration/business registration (Attach copy)
3. Proof of registration by institution of surveyors of Kenya valuation chapter and licensed to offer professional property valuation services
4. Annual practicing License from Valuers Registration Board
5. Valid registration Certificate from Valuers Registration Board
6. Current business Permit.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box at the Administration Block, Jeremiah Nyagah Technical Institute or be addressed to:

so as to be received on or before Thursday, 17^th June 2021 at 10:00AM.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at the Institutes boardroom.

N/B: There will be a mandatory site visit on 09^th June 2021 at 11:00am.
