PROVISION OF BOM STAFF PENSION FUND MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR NAIVASHA TVC

Tender Notice
1. On behalf of the Naivasha TVC, The BOG Invites sealed bids from eligible
candidates for the following tenders:
- Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender
documents with detailed requirements at the office of the: Supply chain management
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained from The Naivasha
TVC website; www.ntvc.ac.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP)

Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 8:00am-5:00pm. Completed Bids are to be marked TENDER
NO. NTVC/BOM/01/2025 Provision of Staff Pension Fund management and Approved Issuer
services for Naivasha TVC and submitted to the appropriate Naivasha TVC website so as to be
received on or before 7th feb 2025 at 10;00 am . - Tendering will be conducted under National Open Competitive method using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested
Tenderers - Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours i.e. 0800 to 1700 hours. - Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the Naivasha TVC
website; www.ntv.ac.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal
(PPIP);www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. Tenderers who download the tender document
must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@ntvc.ac.ke facilitate any
further clarification or addendum.
6. The tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed Tender documents should be submitted in plain sealed envelopes and clearly
marked Naivasha TVC TENDER NO: NTVC/BOM/01/2025 and addressed to the above
address:
8. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall
remain valid for 120days from the date of opening of tenders.
9. An original hard copy of the Bid Security NOT APPLICABLE the Tender
Box at Naivasha TVC P.O. Box 574-20117 Naivasha.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address
above.
11. Late tenders will be rejected
12. Any canvassing or giving of false information will lead to automatic disqualification
