PROVISION OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, MENTORSHIP, AND COACHING IN MANDERA
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) seeks a qualified consultancy firm to provide business development services (BDS), mentorship, and coaching to Village Savings and Loan Association (VSLA) groups and TVET youth in Mandera. The goal is to build entrepreneurial and business management capacities, focusing on developing sustainable businesses and improving market linkages.
Scope of Work:
- Inception Phase: Assess participant capacity, develop training plans, and create performance improvement frameworks.
- Training & Mentorship: Provide training in business planning, financial management, marketing, and risk management.
- Access to Finance: Facilitate linkages with financial institutions for loans and services.
- M&E: Implement a framework to track progress and provide periodic reports.
Duration: 90 working days, completion by 30 May 2025.
