INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF CAFETERIA SERVICES 
Open tender No: KEVTC/KIT/2024-2026/001 
1. KAJIADO EAST TECHNICAL VOCATIONAL COLLEGE invites sealed tenders for the provision
of Cafeteria facility services for a period of two (2) years.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below. More details on the Services are
provided in
PART2-Services’Requirements,
Section V-Description of services of the tender document.
4. Tender documents may be obtained from the Institute Procurement office during normal working hours
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh. 1000 (One thousand Kenya shillings only) per
document paid through MPesa pay bill no 522522, Account no.1261269217, or from the Public
Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) https://tenders.go.ke/ or from the institute’s website.

website must also forward their particulars immediately for records via email;

submitted.
5. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 23RD FEBRUARY 2024
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above. Tenders will be
publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at
the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
