1. The State Department for Water and Sanitation invites sealed Tenders for the Provision of the above services from eligible
services providers.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive bidding using a standardized Tender document.
3. Qualified and interested Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours [0900
to 1500 hours] at the address given below: –
A Pre-Tender and Site Visit Meeting will be held on Tuesday 27th June 2023 at Maji House 4th Floor Room 449 Ngong Road,
Nairobi at 11.00 am
4. The completed Tender documents, in one (1) original and (5) Copies chronologically serialized must be delivered to the Tender
Box on Ground Floor, Maji House Ngong Road, Nairobi or sent to the address below so as to be received on or before Tuesday
11th July 2023 at 11.00 Kenyan Time. Bulky Tender documents should be registered in Room 322, Third Floor Maji House,
Nairobi, Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation Headquarters during normal working hours.
The Tender documents deposited at the Tender Box should be clearly marked with corresponding Tender Number and Description
and addressed to:

Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall be inclusive of all taxes.
The bid security should be for ksh. 450,000.00 (Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand only) in form of a Bank Guarantee issued by
a Reputable Financial Institution in Kenya
5. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend and sign a
record of attendance.
