Provision Of Cleaning Service – County Assembly of Elgeyo Marakwet

ELGEYO MARAKWET COUNTY ASSEMBLY TENDER 2020 

The County Assembly of Elgeyo Marakwet hereby invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the provision of the following services for financial year 2020-2021.

Tender documents with detailed specifications and tendering conditions may be downloaded free of charge in the County Assembly’s website www.emcassembly.go.ke and bidders should also bid online through supplier.treasury.go.ke using the unique IFMIS negotiation number provided above.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

1. a)Copy of certificate of registration/incorporation
2. b)Copy of valid tax compliance certificate
3. c)Current single business permit
4. d)PIN/VAT certificates
5. e)Provide Bid bond security of 2% of the sum quoted
6. f)Bidders must serialize their documents
7. g)Bidders should ensure there is no arithmetic errors on total sum quoted
8. h)Copy of Directors/owners of the company. CR12
9. i)Complete tender form in the prescribed manner
10. j)Must show evidence of staff statutory payment i.e NH1F/NSSF
11. k) Bidders MUST bid online through the ifmis system

In addition, for back up purpose a complete tender documents should be submitted in a sealed plain envelop clearly marked with tender document number and deposited in the tender box situated at the reception of the County Assembly or addressed as below and posted to the undersigned;

Compete tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be received on or before the 6^th November, 2020 at 2.00pm.
