Tender documents with detailed specifications and tendering conditions may be downloaded free of charge in the County Assembly’s website www.emcassembly.go.ke  and bidders should also bid online through supplier.treasury.go.ke using the unique IFMIS negotiation number provided above.

1)    Copy of valid VAT/pin certificate

2)    Copy of certificate of business registration/incorporation

3)    Copy of valid tax compliance certificate

4)    Copy of valid single business permit

5)    Complete tender form in the manner prescribed

6)    Bid bond of 2% of total sum quoted

7)    Tender documents must be serialized

8)    There shall be no arithmetical errors

9)    Bidders must bid online through the IFMIS system (Do not submit through a link]

10)  Bidders Must submit a hard copy

11)  Must show evidence of statutory payments i.e NHIF and NSSF

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Complete tender documents should be submitted in a sealed plain envelope clearly marked with tender document number and

deposited in the tender box situated at the reception of the County Assembly or addressed as below and posted to the undersigned;

So as to reach on or before Monday 14^TH November 2022 at 2.00pm county Assembly wall clock.

Compete tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be received on or before the 14^TH November 2022 at 2.00pm.
