- Qualified and interested Tenderers may obtain and inspect complete set of Tender Documents by downloading them from the University website www.kibu.ac.ke or http://tenders.go.ke free of charge. Interested applicants for the Tender Documents MUST forward their details to the email address: tenders@kibu.ac.ke on or before the closing date.
- Completed Tender Documents in a plain sealed envelope, clearly marked with “The Tender Number” but no indication of the applicant name, shall be deposited in the Tender Box at the University Administration Block Ground Floor. Bulky Tender Documents which do not fit in the Tender Box shall be registered at the Vice Chancellors Office on T1 Floor of the Administration Block, all addressed to:

S6 as to be received on or before Wednesday, 19/10/2022 at 10.00 A.M
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the Senate Boardroom in the presence of the
Tenderers or their representatives who chose to attend.
