INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES AT SHIBWE COUNTY HOSPITAL IN IKOLOMANI SUBCOUNTY
TENDER NO. CGKK/MOH/SERVICES/009-2024-2025
1. The County Government of Kakamega invites you to submit tenders for Provision of Cleaning Services at Shibwe
Sub County Hospital in Ikolomani Sun County
2. Indicated in detail in “Table A. Schedule of Requirements and Specifications”. The tender shall follow the instructions
and documents in this tender document and shall be in English Language. Tenderers may obtain further information
during office hours 8.00am-5.00pm at the Supply Chain Office Kotecha Plaza, Second Floor, Opposite to Kakamega
Primary School. Tenders shall be submitted in accordance with the instruction.
3. Tendering will be conducted under restricted tendering method using a standardized tender document. Qualified and
interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 8.00AM5.00PM at the address shown below.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenders from the County Website kakamega@org.ke free
of charge.
4. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
5. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday 27th September, 2024. at 12:00 Noon,,
Electronic Tenders will be not permitted.
6. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time
specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose
to attend.
7. Late tenders will be rejected.
