The Judiciary invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following listed tenders;

Interested and eligible candidates may view / obtain the tender document by downloading it from the Judiciary’s website: www.judiciary.go.ke or the Public Procurement information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke. Any request for clarifications must be made in writing at least five (5) days to the tender closing date. All Clarifications and/or addendum will be posted on the Judiciary and PPIP websites. Tenderers are encouraged to attend the prebid conferences as outlined above. Tenderers are also encouraged to visit the site to familiarize themselves with the scope of the Services.
Prices quoted for the above tenders shall be inclusive of all taxes and must be expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from date of the tender closing. Tenders must be accompanied .with a Tender Securing Declaration Form and/or Tender Security as indicated above valid for a period 150 days from the date of tender closing and in the form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or institution approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) payable to the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary. Tenderers MUST ensure ALL pages of the tender documents are duly paginated sequentially.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the respective tender numbers and names above and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Main Gate at the Supreme Court Entrance, City Hall Way, Nairobi or be addressed and posted to:

to be received on or before the dates indicated above.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the designated tenderers representatives at the Boardroom located at the 2nd floor, Room 74, Supreme Court Building or as may be advised. Late tenders shall be rejected.
