Bidders who download the tender document from the website will be required to email their detailed contact information to isc.procurement@jsc.go.ke for recording, further clarifications, addenda and security clearance to facilitate site access.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 120 days after date of tender opening.
Each copy of the tender shall be paginated serially, prior to submission.
The Tenderer must provide a self-declaration that the firm is not debarred from participating in Public Procurement and also provide a self-declaration that the firm will not engage in any corrupt practice.
For AGP0 reserved tender, the document must be accompanied by a duly filled and signed Tender Securing Declaration Form attached.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with relevant Tender Numbers and be deposited in the tender box provided at The Judicial Service Commission Offices, Kenya Re-insurance Plaza, Podium Floor, Taifa Road so as to be received on or before Monday, 1st February, 2021 at 11.30am.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend the opening.
Judicial Service Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers.
